The Center offers a complete group of classes for exceptional personal growth and spiritual development. While participants may attend any of the classes and programs offered, they are encouraged to follow a specific track which has been developed to maximize your learning experience - beginning with HelpLine I, "Who Am I."
Small groups of 6 to 8 people meet for classes in an informal setting allowing each participant to receive ample individual attention while feeling safe, cared for, comfortable and relaxed.
If you are tired of your life not working and have tried everything else, then this class is for you. It offers an avenue to self-discovery that dramatically changes your life. You actually learn to risk being yourself without the fear.
A 9-week class, which meets once weekly for 3 hours at various times and days to suit group members.
It is an experiential class that teaches the absolute value of self-importance and the power of self-expression. Nothing will ever truly work in your life until you love, honor and respect yourself. That means saying "yes" when you mean "yes" and "no" when you mean "no." For most this is possible in some areas, but not across the board. Inevitably there is always someone who jerks your chain, makes you cringe and reduces your self-confidence.
This course gently helps you risk standing up for yourself, take back your power, and break old worn out patterns that make you feel helpless, alone, depressed and unworthy. As many others, you will receive a powerful return that is noticeable if you risk signing up.
While it is hard to describe what happens, you will learn to honestly get in touch with your feelings, how to accept yourself and others without judgment and how to tell others what you feel without being afraid.
You will actually feel like you have found "you" for the first time. Feelings must be felt, allowed and released if you are to be free. What are you waiting for?

In addition to the nine-week course, you will have an individual session with Patricia Zerman before the class starts, unlimited support over the phone whenever you feel the need - plus a year's subscription to the Center's monthly newsletter. The initial session helps you see clearly into your patterns, where you are stuck and understand what is going on a much deeper level. With laser - like perception Pat rapidly pinpoints blocks, helping individuals begin the process of clearing out emotional debris.
